According to an iTejano member which won't be named currently, Emilio Navaira has shown some improvements as of late. According to the member Emilio has shown the ability to move his arms and legs (right side not as well), and sit up on his own.

The Johnny Ramirez Morning Show had Emilio's kids in the studio with him and according to them, Emilio Navaira has opened his eyes and was "squeezing hands" of family members, although heavily medicated. He took his second surgery as well as could be expected.

Emilio was the most injured of the group and is currently is surgery. Everyone else received "bumps & bruises"...
Update courtesy of KHOC.com: Emilio Navaira was apparently driving the bus at the time of the accident, thus suffering the most severe injuries of everyone. He received head injuries that required surgery and is in critical condition.
